Watermelon Strawberry Sparklers

Ingredients
- 1Ib watermelon cubes, about 3 cups
- 8-10 ounces hulled strawberries, about 2 cups
- 1-2 tablespoons honey, optional
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/4-1/2 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- Use a blender to puree the watermelon cubes and strawberries on high speed. Taste and if necessary, add the honey. Add the ice cubes and blend again on high speed until juice is frosty smooth. Divide the watermelon strawberry juice among two glasses and top off with sparkling water.
